Appraisals are required for many activities of land ownership. KAFA Company specializes in the valuation of agricultural, recreational, and timber properties. Appraisals have many uses such as to attain financing, acquisition, disposition, estate planning, as well as many other uses.
Kevin began performing appraisals as an apprentice appraiser in 2002. He then attained a Certified General Appraiser license in South Carolina. He has experience in appraising agricultural, recreational, and timber properties all over the southeast. As each appraisal assignment and use is different a detailed plan is created prior to commencement of work.
Appraisal clients include banks and financial institutions focused on lending, REIT's, TIMO's, and private landowners.
